Excellent product
This miso is smooth and mild yet really flavorful. Other brands I have used in
my cooking were good but not like this. Used in soups, stir fry, and a marinade it
is excellent and I plan on more interesting ways to use it.
I will be sticking with this brand.
Nice sweet taste
This is a really easy to make fermented rice drink. I found it to be sweet tasting and very delicious. There are only 2 servings in here, so I felt that the value wasn’t there.One person found this helpful
